We printed extra copies of the sixteen-page, 12" (30cm) booklet that came inside the 3xLP 'Definitive Edition' released in 2013.  It's become redundant since the discovery of Danny Secunda's LAMF copy master.

The booklet features a Walter Lure interview by Nina Antonia, and a Heartbreakers day-by-day timeline 1975 - 1978.
